practice with the Physical follow-up class:

Physical Follow-Up:
A one hour class that helps you practice the techniques you have already learned. By putting the techniques with real life scenarios, along with learning combinations of strikes, this will embed the moves into your memory through speed and repetition while quickening your reaction time.
