Looking for the quickest way to learn self defense?
Open Enrollment class is the way to go:
- 2 hours (see home page for description)
- $65 dollars per person
- Taught at our studio in NYC in Chelsea
- Classes close once 15 people have signed up

One-on-one or with a group of your friends, private classes are focused around you.
We can come to you or have the class in our Chelsea studio, it's your choice. -
